Bring some lightness into your body by learning to balance upside-down. Change your relationship with gravity. Build strength. Breathe. Every week we will work on something a little bit challenging.
We will do a lot of breathing, balances and inversions. This class is like building a fire inside your body to keep you warm and energized for the rest of the week. Everyone is welcome. Don’t be afraid to try something new!
Yogalärare 500-E-RYT and Consultant
Diane is a yoga teacher and runs a small economics consulting business, so she knows about balancing priorities and managing stress. In previous lives, she has worked in finance in NYC, competed in triathlons, hiked cave systems in Vietnam and studied meditation in Thailand. She is a 500-E-RYT with the Yoga Alliance and generally a nerd about anatomy and biomechanics. Her classes are full of stories and music. Come say hello! Diane will teach in english but she also knows some swedish, so language should not be a problem.
